Shipping & Delivery

Clear shipping before you pay

Standard shipping is a flat €2.99 to every destination currently enabled in Harbor Pets checkout. The final shipping option and charge are shown before payment.

Delivery is available only to countries listed in checkout. If your country is not listed, we cannot currently accept delivery orders for that destination.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Processing is separate from delivery time.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

• United States: 7–15 business days
• Canada: 10–20 business days
• Enabled European destinations: 7–15 business days

These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, customs, local disruptions, and peak periods can extend delivery.

Tracking

Tracking is supplied when available. New tracking numbers can take 2–5 business days after dispatch to begin showing carrier scans.

Split parcels

An order can occasionally arrive in more than one parcel. We do not add another Standard shipping charge solely because an order is split into multiple shipments.

Customs and import charges

Destination-country duties, taxes, or import fees can be charged separately unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
