Return Window
Standard Items: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original, undamaged packaging.
Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items
Perishable Goods: Pet food, treats, prescription diets, and vitamins/supplements cannot be returned once opened or if the safety seal is broken.
Hygiene Items: Used pet beds, grooming tools, litters, and open sanitary items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
Custom Items: Personalized pet tags, custom collars, or made-to-order apparel are final sale.
Shipping & Refunds
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Process: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Domestic & Heavy Goods Shipping
Standard shipping rates apply based on total cart weight and destination.
Heavy Items Disclaimer: Shipments containing bulk items (such as large bags of pet food, heavy crates, or bulk cat litter) may incur additional heavy-goods handling fees at checkout and may require extra transit days.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and items immediately.
Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at our designated support email with your order number and photos to initiate a replacement or claim.
